    How are the products personalised?

    Our products are personalised with a lovely soft heat transfer vinyl. It is called flocked vinyl and is designed to feel soft on plush products.

    What if I need to make a change to my order?

    In most cases your order will be processed very quickly so please thoroughly check all the personalisation details before you complete your order. If you do need to make a change, please contact us at immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we will be able to make changes.

    Will I receive an email confirmation once my order is complete?

    Yes, this email should be received soon after you complete the payment of your order. If you do not receive the order confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible. Please remember to check your “Junk” or “spam” folders first. If you still can’t see you order confirmation, please email us at and we will confirm if the order has been received.

    How will I know if my payment has been received?

    Once you have placed your order and completed the payment you will receive an order confirmation email confirming the details of your order. If you don’t receive this email please let us know so we can look into it further. Please check your “Junk” or “Spam” folders first and then email us at if you still think your payment might not have gone through.

     How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping options

    • $12.95 Standard Shipping – flat rate anywhere in Australia.
    • $18.95 Express Shipping – flat rate anywhere in Australia. 
    • Orders will be shipped within 3 business days.

    There is free standard shipping within Australia for orders of over $99.

    Please see the cost for International shipping at checkout as it will vary depending on your country.

    Can I get free delivery?

    If you make an order that is over $99 you will receive complimentary shipping. 

    How will I know when my order has been shipped?

    When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can check the progress of your order.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Toys will be sent out within 3 business days from purchase.

    Express shipping takes approximately 1-2 business days within Australia after the item has been shipped, and standard shipping takes approximately 3-7 days within Australia after the item has been shipped. However, there may be reasons outside of our control which may cause shipping time to take longer.

    What methods of payment can I use?

    At this stage we offer payments through Paypal and credit card.

    What if I have a problem with my order?

    We pride ourselves on the quality of our products so if you have any issues that you think need to be rectified please contact us at so we can look into it and try to provide a solution. Photos are always helpful if there is an issue with the product you have received. Please be rest assured that in the unlikely event that there is a problem with the quality of the products you receive, we will replace it with a new one or if for some reason the same product is unavailable, we will replace it with an item of similar value.

    Can I send my order directly to the recipient?

    Of course you can. In these cases we will include a gift card for the recipient so please remember to write a message for the person receiving your gift. There will be space for this when you are completing the shipping details during the checkout process.

    Can I order for two different children and have the items shipped out together?

    Yes of course. For orders with two different children's names, each gift will be packed separately but shipped together so you only pay one shipping charge. This will only be possible if both gifts are being delivered to the same address. If you  order for two children and have the orders sent to different addresses then two separate orders will need to be made on our website and therefore two shipping charges will need to be made.

    Will the recipient see the price of the gift?

    No, for all orders shipped within Australia there will be no prices on the products or invoice sent with the order. You will receive the invoice to your email directly so you can be assured that the person receiving your gift will not see any of that information. 

    For International shipments (outside of Australia), there is a requirement that we show the value of the gift so there is a possibility that the recipient will see this information.

    Do you have a return policy?

    Please refer to the Returns Policy on our website. 

    Can my gift be delivered to a hospital?

    We do not recommend hospital deliveries as it is likely the gift will arrive once the family has completed their hospital stay due to the time it takes to create and ship the order. If you specifically want to deliver to a hospital we will comply, however it is important for you to note that we cannot be responsible for returning or redirecting a gift if the family is no longer at the hospital.
