In the unlikely event that there is a mistake or an issue with your order please email us at hello@cjtots.com and explain the issue, including photos if possible. If we have made a mistake or if the item is faulty, we will happily send you a replacement item as quickly as possible at no cost to you. Please do not return any items unless advised by us. Under normal circumstances, we will not require you to return any items as photos are normally enough to resolve any issues.
Exchanges and Returns:
We do not offer exchanges or returns for personalised products if related to change of mind or mistakes made by you during the ordering process. If you require a replacement with different personalisation, a new order must be placed.
Please ensure that the information you provide for personalisation is accurate and thoroughly reviewed before placing an order.
However, if you realise a mistake has been made directly after creating your order, please let us know and we will do our best to offer a solution.
